By using https://momoassistant.app or the MoMo Assistant app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

MoMo Assistant is currently in private beta. That means features may change, service interruptions can happen, and we recommend starting on a single device before rolling the app out across every station.

MoMo Assistant is built for professional Mobile Money operators automating their own transactions. You agree not to use the service to circumvent a mobile network operator's terms, or for any unlawful activity.

You're responsible for the security of your credentials and the devices enrolled in your organization. The Device Trust Engine and SIM Trust exist to help limit unauthorized access, but managing access ultimately remains your responsibility.

MoMo Assistant, its brand, and its content belong to DEUS FEREA. You retain ownership of the transaction data your organization generates.

MoMo Assistant automates USSD sequences but doesn't replace agent confirmation on every transaction. To the extent permitted by law, DEUS FEREA isn't liable for losses arising from use of the service outside its intended purpose.

We may update these terms as the product evolves toward general availability. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
